60-minute assisted stretch sessions designed around your body and your goals. Each client begins with a full-body introductory assessment to identify tight areas, movement limitations, and muscular imbalances. From there, a customized stretch program is created to improve mobility, reduce tension, and help you move more efficiently. Every session builds on your progress, ensuring targeted work that supports long-term flexibility, recovery, and overall performance.

JustStretch sessions are available by appointment only. Book your personalized stretch therapy session below. In-person sessions are offered in Los Angeles, along with travel, and virtual sessions available 7 days a week from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
